In this recent video of Kenneth Copeland Ministries’ #GenerationSeries, John Copeland, Kenneth and Gloria Copeland’s son, shares the greatest lesson he has learned from his parents—to live with integrity. That commitment to integrity includes integrity for God’s Word and also integrity in your daily life.

As John sees it, integrity affects how you deal with other people, how you deal with employees, how you deal with friends and how you deal with family. John defines integrity like this: “To do the right thing when it’s right even when nobody is looking.”

John admits that if integrity hadn’t been present in his parents and in Kenneth Copeland Ministries, he wouldn’t have been a part of their ministry for 32 years like he was. John served in the ministry first as a member of the facilities department and then as the international director and later as the ministries’ CEO.

Speaking of his parents, Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, he says, “Watching them day in and day out, from everything they do, whether anybody knows it or not, whether anybody’s going to see it, they’re going to do the right thing.”

This commitment to integrity is a driving force in John’s life and his current work as a consultant with other ministries and churches. He sees integrity as an important part of God’s command to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31). As he explains, “You can’t do that without integrity.”
